The Bluegrass on the Grass festival takes place on Dickinson’s academic quad on West High Street between North West and North College streets. The quad is encircled by Dickinson College landmarks Bosler Hall (not to be confused with Bosler Library, Carlisle’s public library across the street!) and Old West.
