‘Roots Does Thanksgiving

We are back in Africa but there is no reason not to celebrate the glorious American tradition, thanksgiving. So we did. We did so in true American fashion by eating for several hours straight and by saying our thanks.

We all decided we were thankful for:

• Kaba dresses in this heat!
• Our families (American and Cameroonian)
• Rachel’s luggage finally arriving
• Food to eat
• Having water AND electricity today
• Dry shampoo
