Farm Spotlight: Katie Soriano

A native of Pennsylvania, Kaitlin is a senior at Dickinson College where she works year-round on the Dickinson College Organic Certified Farm. She is an Environmental Science major and is most happy when her hands are in dirt. Kaitlin is an avid runner and retreats to nature for fun-filled, stress free experiences. Her dream job would be to attend culinary school and open a farm to table restaurant on an organic farm. Carrots are her favorite farm veggie and she prefers them dipped in peanut butter!
