VEGETARIANO: Foraged wild mushrooms and pinto bean tostadas with arugula, queso fresco, and green chile and cheese tamalitos
CARNIVORO: Pozole in red chili broth with hominy in a vegetable garnish of cabbage, radishes, jalapenos, limes and freshly-made chips
VEGETARIANO: Tortilla soup served with fresh-made tortilla chips, cilantro, lime, queso fresco and jalapeno
CARNIVORO: Flank steak in Oaxacan black mole with almonds, chiles, sesame seeds, Oaxacan chocolate with rice and beans and freshly made corn tortillas with roasted jalapenos and pickled red onions
VEGETARIANO: Wood-oven seared cauliflower steaks in Oaxacan black mole with almonds, tomatoes, chiles, sesame seeds and Oaxacan chocolate with rice and beans
