It might be cold outside, but don’t let that keep you from having fresh food on your plate this winter! Through season extension methods such as cold storage and the use of our greenhouse and high tunnels, we have plenty of veggies (plus grass-fed beef and pasture-raised chicken) for your dinner table.
Winter farm stand veggies may include: spinach, salad mix, cabbage, carrots, beets, potatoes, sweet potatoes, winter squash, daikon radish, and bulk #2 carrots! Plus yummy pickled veggies and certified organic dried beans.

- Chicken can also be pre-ordered for pickup at the farm stand. Email Jenn Halpin at halpinj at dickinson.edu with the number of whole chickens you’d like and which HUB Stand date you’d like to pick them up. Our pasture-raised chicken is $4/pound.
- We’ll have select beef cuts and a few whole chickens available for sale to those who didn’t pre-order, as well.
The College Farm Stand is open during the following Fridays during the spring 2014 semester. Hours are 11am-2pm in the Holland Union Building (HUB) at 28 N College St. The stand is currently located on the Lower Level of the HUB. Come find a wide variety of certified organic produce from just down the road!
