Emily Rose Blau
Class Year: 2015
Major: Environmental Science/International Studies
Position: Peddler Manager/Individual Manager
Hi I’m Blau! I hail from Los Angeles, California. I’m 5’6, have long brown hair, wear glasses and enjoy long walks on the beach. I have weird obsessions with mustaches, fruit by the foot, and Hanson’s sensation “Mmm-bop” and I am known for the strange injuries that I have accumulated over the years.
Emily Bowie
Class Year: 2014
Major: Environmental Science
Position: Abroad
I hail from the great state of Maine. I’ve been in Idea Fund for most of my college career and when I’m not working on IF stuff can be found at the College Farm, where I work, Gaia Cafe in town, or at my residency, the Treehouse – most likely on the porch. I like to run, read and I aspire to be a banjo player.
Joshua Spencer Davis

Position: Finance
I am interested in the Idea Fund because the Idea Fund gives students the opportunity, resources, and consulting necessary to help them realize their dreams to make this campus a better place. Through collaboration, we can achieve anything.
Zach Kaiser
Class Year: 2014
Major: Environmental and International Studies
Position: Abroad
Sports, especially Soccer is a huge part of my life. I love to get my hands dirty in new projects but also enjoy kicking back and relaxing. This could mean watching a movie or simply laying out in the sun with a drink in my hand.
Anna Leistikow
Class Year: 2015
Major: International Studies and German
Position: Public Relations and Marketing, CO Liasion
I’m a sophomore from New Jersey who loves laughing, triathlons, music, family, and friends! What do I love about Idea Fund? Mostly all of the amazing people from all ages, disciplines, and departments brought together to foster a better community.
Jane Luceno
Class Year: 2013
Major: Integrated Community Health Studies/Spanish Minor
Position: OCTI (Our Community, Their Ideas) Coordinator
My original interest is firmly rooted in the pursuit of interdisciplinary community-based problem solving. How do we leave this common place more vibrant, sustainable and energized than when we first set foot here? I like to think by turning the box inside out, building it into a fort and creating something better out of the familiar- putting creativity and ingenuity to work.
Eller Mallchok

Giovania Tiarachristie
Class Year: 2013
Major: Sociology; Portugese and Brazilian Studies Minor
Position: Executive Director
After a childhood spent crossing continents, drawing dinosaurs, building house-models, and escaping tickle attacks, I found my passion in Participatory Urban Planning and Environmental Justice. My interests include innovation, poetry, urban placemaking, conflict resolution, storytelling, mapping, petting animals, and rolling down hills.

I focused on attempting to learn what empowers innovators in all different sectors, which lead to me and the other founders to start Idea Fund. I’m excited to continue my work with the Idea Fund to help it and entrepreneurship in general grow at Dickinson and within Carlisle.
