Come learn about yoga and try out great postures, breathing exercises and meditation at the Outhouse every Saturday 4:30-6:00pm. If it’s warm enough we’ll do it in the backyard! It’ll be fun!

Natalie and Kelly are leading this hike
This Sunday, we will be going on a hike to Flat Rock. It’s around a two and a half mile hike, and it has a nice summit/lookout.
Bring a grab and go lunch and we’ll meet 10:30 A.M. in the Kaufman lot. We’ll be back at 3 at the latest.
