Jack Marcus will be leading a caving trip with local caving legend Andy Filer. This trip will be for expert cavers looking to learn how to lead a trip and new cavers looking to learn how it is done.
Jack will send an email with more details. He will leave from Kaufman in the morning and return in the mid-afternoon. You will be caving at Carnegie cave in Shippensburg.
Jack Marcus will be leading the weekly trip to the nasium in H’burg on Friday. He will leave at 5pm (or whenever you all usually do).

The Geo Club and Outing Club are partnering to go hiking at White Rocks on Saturday at noon. We will leave from the Kaufman parking lot at noon and will aim to return around 4pm.

Professor Bates will be leading a top roping trip at Shaffers Rock in Michaux State Forest leaving from Kaufman at 9am. There will also be an opportunity to boulder if you would like.
Please bring a lunch with you as we will not return until 2pm or so.

Professor Bates is leading an anchor building workshop in anticipation for climbing this weekend at 4:30 on 10/23. This workshop will teach you the basics of how to set an anchor and give you the confidence to set for top roping.
You must already be certified at the rock wall to sign up for this workshop.
