Russian Brunch

On this Sunday, September 28th, Professor Elena Duzs welcomed students from all courses to her house to learn how to cook traditional Russian dishes. Everyone was actively involved in preparing bliny (pancakes), borshch (beetroot soup), oliv’e (Olivier potato salad), and sharlotka (apple pie). After cooking, professors and students enjoyed their meal and talked, in Russian, about cooking traditions in different families, towns, and countries.
