On Friday, November 1, 2019, the Russian Club at Dickinson College hosted a cooking class from 5-7 pm. Students and faculty prepared Russian beet soup, or borsht, and Russian pancakes, called bliny. All the vegetables for the event were provided by Dickinson’s own college farm.
