Take advantage of your professors&#8217; office hours. Even if you feel you don&#8217;t <em>need<\/em> to go see a professor during office hours, you should make a visit anyway. There are always questions you can ask, advice you can seek, etc. Also, any time you receive an email from a professor that is not simply an announcement sent to the whole class, you should respond promptly.\u00a0 Even if the course material doesn&#8217;t particularly interest you, cultivating good communication is to your benefit.\u00a0 Consider it practice for the future.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Having good communication with your professor is very helpful.
