However, after a long discussion in class I believe that if you tackle one objective at a time Carlisle could be improved greatly.\u00a0\u00a0The first objective I would\u00a0attempt\u00a0would be creating a downtown for \u201cyoung people,\u201d not just for college students but for\u00a0all\u00a0late teenagers\u00a0to mid adults in their mid-twenties. I believe this would be a good starting point for a new\u00a0and more \u201chip\u201d\u00a0Carlisle.
