I am an amateur chef with a love of desserts and risotto. I grew up in a household with a heavy emphasis on the value of good food and eating together, so, to me, food has a power to build community, family, and friendship. I study languages, as well, and am always interested in studying the cultures of the languages I speak through the lens of cuisine. Recently, I have been experimenting a lot with brownies looking for the best brownie recipe.
Outside the kitchen, I am an equestrian and a singer and spend most of my free time engaged in one of those activities.
