Hi readers! My name is Sofia and I am a student at Dickinson College. I am a runner and have been competing in races since I was little, so cooking and nutrition have always been a big part of my life! I enjoy learning all about the ways that I can combine yummy ingredients to make healthy foods to fuel my body. I love to cook and think its a fun, lifelong skill that everyone is capable of!
