Hi! My name is Margaret and I am currently a sophomore at Dickinson College, pursuing double majors in French and Francophone Studies and Educational Studies with a minor in Italian. Last summer, I decided that I wanted to learn how to bake after I burned a batch of boxed brownies. I still have A LOT to learn but I’m having so much fun trying more challenging recipes and learning new techniques. As a French major, I have decided to attempt a few French pastries including macarons and éclairs. Both of these recipes are a lot of fun because they are a little more complex and the end result is always delicious. Even though I like to try new recipes, I always come back to chocolate chip cookies, which is why I’ve decided to learn more about them for this project.
