Hi! I’m Victoria, and I’m a sophomore double major in Educational Studies and French. I’ve been known to be a terrible chef almost all of my life, until this year. After learning more about the chemistry behind cooking, and after being at home with nothing other to do than practice, I have improved my skills significantly. Practice is what makes these recipes good, so I’ve made meringue many times to know how to get it perfect. Asking your mom never hurts either.
