Randall Straub joined the Dickinson Dining Services culinary team two years ago as a cook. He brings with him 25 years of culinary experience and is a graduate of Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts in Pittsburgh.
A native of Enola, Pa., Randall’s favorite part of working at Dickinson is the opportunity to cook on a daily basis. He is a part of our morning team, preparing both breakfast and lunch meals for the Dining Hall and multiple retail locations.
Outside of work, Randall loves spending time with his family and playing cards with friends.
