Henry Kohler is in his first year as a cook in our kosher kitchen. Kohler supplies The KOVE with kosher and vegan dishes every Sunday through Friday. He works in concert with two mashgichot to assure Star-K guidelines for proper kosher preparation and service are met.
Outside of work, Kohler enjoys fishing, mountain biking and longboarding.
