Lancaster County Conservation District Summer Internship Position 2015
The Lancaster County Conservation District is pleased to offer a fixed term internship position available from mid-May through early-August 2015. The summer internship position will assist several programs within the Conservation District from Environmental Education, Watershed Protection/Restoration, to Agriculture. The majority of the intern’s time will be working within two program areas, the Watershed and Education Programs. Potential projects the intern could be involved with include local stream fishery surveys, watershed educational activities, water quality monitoring data input/analysis, assisting with the District’s Youth Conservation School program, teacher trainer workshops, and GIS database entry work.
