- Applicants must reside in Westmoreland or its bordering counties.
- Applicants must have completed one year at an accredited College or University pursuing a 2 or 4 year degree in Botany, Horticulture, Forestry, Landscape Architecture, or a related field;
- Graduate students may also apply.

“Greensburg Garden Center is a non-profit educational organization whose goals are to support and educate its members and community in horticulture, conservation and related areas, and provide an annual scholarship.”
Amount: $1500.00 awarded annually
