LEAF Project is an exciting non-profit produce farm in Landisburg, PA. Their mission is to cultivate youth leaders from diverse backgrounds through meaningful work in the food system. LEAF is currently hiring for our 2026 Summer Program and they are looking to bring on two Crew Leaders (college-age or graduated students) who are interested in working with and mentoring youth ages 14-18 for the duration of the summer.

– Enthusiastic about working with youth and being a positive role model
– Interested in agriculture, food systems, public speaking, or diversity/equity/inclusion
– Looking for an unforgettable summer – one where they feel more connected to themselves, their community, and the food system (plus an awesome group of students!)
Pay: $15/hour
