The Center for Sustainability Education (CSE) at Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania is hiring an Assistant Director!

The position will assist the Executive Director of CSE with creating and enhancing opportunities for students to learn about sustainability in and beyond the classroom, supporting college-wide advancement of sustainability values and practices, and engaging the Dickinsonians and community members with sustainability events, projects, and programs to promote life-long learning. The Assistant Director will oversee the functions of The Hive, The Handlebar, and Free xChange, assist with overall management and strategic direction of CSE, lead selected initiatives, hire, supervise, and mentor student interns and volunteers, and develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for communicating sustainability-related activities and achievements of Dickinson College to internal and external audiences. This dynamic role is exciting and housed within an established team with extensive partnerships and support.
