The Center for Sustainability Education (CSE) is now hiring TWO full-time Sustainability Project Interns. Our projects and programs help students gain experience in all facets of sustainability at Dickinson. We are looking for dedicated, motivated, and creative individuals from all majors and class years who are interested in being on campus this summer and working for our dynamic and passionate team!
This is an incredible professional development opportunity, and we have fun too! CSE will employ 2 Dickinson students to work 40 hours per week for 10 weeks on projects ranging from preparing the Eco-Reps program, to creating and managing digital/social media, serving as a community liaison, managing The Hive, to prepping The Handlebar, working on Dickinson Free xChange, raising international visibility of Dickinson’s sustainability programs, working on sustainable dining projects, supporting the EcoLeague, and preparing data & reports related to greenhouse gas emissions. The work is unique, engaging, and rewarding!
Employment would be from June 1 – August 7, 2026 (flexible scheduling considered). College housing is provided for this campus employment position and pay is $10.10/hour. Housing is included, food is not.

Interns will work directly with CSE Assistant Director and Executive Director in person and remotely.
No other campus employment can be accepted in conjunction with this position.
