Light refreshments will be served.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">Please provide Jann Ernst (<a href=\"\/\/1110\/UrlBlockedError.aspx\">ernstj@dickinson.edu<\/a>) with the following information <span class=\"s4\">no later than\u00a0Wednesday, April 8,<\/span>\u00a0if you would like to present a poster:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"p4\">name of student presenting, major and graduation year<\/li>\n<li class=\"p4\">full title of presentation<\/li>\n<li class=\"p4\">name of faculty mentor (if any)<\/li>\n<li class=\"p4\">short abstract of the research (250 words or less)<\/li>\n<li class=\"p4\">special requests or accommodations (if any)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s3\">\u00a0<\/span>Special Note Regarding Poster Sizes:<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">If you are printing a new poster for this day, please keep the maximum poster width to 44\u201d so it will fit on the large poster boards. \u00a0We will provide large foam wall boards, t-stands, easels, and tables in order to accommodate a variety of posters. If your poster is extra wide and you need two foam boards or would prefer t-stands, need access to an electrical outlet, or any other special requests, please include this information\u00a0when you submit your abstract. \u00a0If you do not include special requests\u00a0with your abstract we cannot guarantee that your needs will be met.
