\nOur REU offers a unique collaboration between the renowned Mystic Aquarium in Mystic, CT and the University of Connecticut, Avery Point located on Long Island Sound.<\/p>\n
WHAT YOU WILL GAIN: \u2022 Access to both Mystic Aquarium and UConn\u2019s resources and expertise \u2022 Training in cutting edge marine research (both field and laboratory opportunities) \u2022 Professional development such as training in communicating science, data analysis, ethics, etc. \u2022 Job shadows at the Aquarium \u2022 One-on-one mentoring with experts in marine science \u2022 Exploration of career opportunities<\/p>\n
