This is the sweet version. Here at Dickinson College Farm you can purchase your own ground beef and ground lamb. Raised on our farm, certified grass-fed, humanly raised, animal welfare approved! we hope you enjoy this wonderful recipe!\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>1 1\/2 lb ground beef<\/p>\n<p>1lb ground lamb<\/p>\n<p>1 1\/2 onions, grated<\/p>\n<p>2 teaspoons ground cumin<\/p>\n<p>1 1\/2 teaspoons kosher salt<\/p>\n<p>1 teaspoon smoked paprika<\/p>\n<p>1 teaspoon ground pepper<\/p>\n<p>1 teaspoon crushed aleppo pepper<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 cup chopped fresh mint<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 cup chopped fresh parsley<\/p>\n<p>2 tablespoons seltzer<\/p>\n<p>1 teaspoon sugar<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Mix with your hands until well blended. Form into balls about 2 inches in diameter and thread onto skewers.
