The Dickinson College Farm staff helped host about 25 students and faculty. Students made the two famous forms of potato salad (mayonnaise- or vinegar-based) and enjoyed them with bratwurst and <em>Apfelshorle<\/em> (a mix of seltzer and apple juice). Dessert was S\u2019Mores vs. <em>Stockbrot<\/em> (stick bread). <em>Stockbrot<\/em> is a slightly sweet dough that one wraps around a stick to bake over the fire.
