The reason I chose to learn German was because I wanted to start learning a new language that I had never encountered before. I thought that German would be interesting and I am excited to learn more this semester.

I am taking German 102 to continue my language learning and hopefully go abroad in the future. I also love that the language us phonetic, and I was recently in Austria, so I got to use some of my language skills already with german speakers and navigation.

I’m taking German because I have family that lives in Germany, and I hope to be able to visit someday.

I initially started taking German because I have German family, and I am using this course to expand on what I have already learned in German 101!
