 <\/p>\n

Granted these days, my number of tomorrows unknown, I resist<\/p>\n

Rushing. Leave me to amble through Paris, which enchants<\/p>\n

And confounds me, as would an octopus with feathers.<\/p>\n

The way sunlight falls through the horizontal slats of a park bench<\/p>\n

Interests me more than many paintings in the Louvre. Much art is<\/p>\n

Tired. It needs to pull more than rabbits out of hats. Children<\/p>\n

Understand my music. Their ears are not full of hair, politics an<\/p>\n

Dinner party gossip. Meanwhile I stroll, pause at a favoured caf\u00e9,<\/p>\n

Eavesdrop, watch the ballet of waiters gliding from kitchen to table.<\/p>\n

Dass die Anzahl meiner Morgen unbekannt ist, ist mir klar. Ich wehre<\/p>\n

Auch jede Eile ab. Lass mich durch das Paris schlendern, dass mich<\/p>\n

Noch immer verzaubert und verwirrt, wie ein Tintenfisch mit Federn.<\/p>\n

Kann das Sonnenlicht durch die waagerechten Balken der<\/p>\n

Bank fallen sehen und das interessiert mich mehr<\/p>\n

Als viele Gem\u00e4lde im Louvre. Kunst ist oft m\u00fcde. Es<\/p>\n

Reicht nicht, nur Kaninchen aus dem Hut zu zaubern.<\/p>\n

Kinder verstehen meine Musik. Ihre Ohren sind unbehaart und nicht mit \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Klatsch und Politik gef\u00fcllt.<\/p>\n

Ein Spaziergang f\u00fchrt mich derweil zu einem Lieblingscaf\u00e9 und ich kehre ein.<\/p>\n

Ich belausche andere und schaue dem Ballett der Kellner zu, die zwischen<\/p>\n

Tisch und K\u00fcche hin- und hergleiten.<\/p>\n
