The idea behind the program is to rent a bicycle (an efficient and environm<\/span><span style=\"color: #888888;\">e<\/span><span style=\"color: #888888;\">ntally-friendly mode of travel) to students on campus currently lacking one.\u00a0<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #888888; font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.5em;\">The Green Bikes, named f0r their green fork, which denotes their belonging to the program, can be rented at the beginning of each semester for the entire semester. Students interested simply pay a $25 deposit that is then refunded to them at the end of the semester when they return the bike.
