Rage, the intense feeling of uncontrollable anger, can be a powerful emotion to harness for the sake of social change. Come along and write about and through that emotion (and any other ones you might be experiencing), either as an activity for today or as a part of ongoing journaling.

Tangentially, for those who wish, we’ll assist you with how to channel your emotions into action by writing letters to your elected officials.
