Join us for the first “Community Rap” discussion as we talk about the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. & the Civil Rights Movement through rhythm and poetry. Focusing on Kendrick Lamar’s song “Prayer” and Amanda Gorman’s 2021 Inaugural Poem “ The Hill We Climb,” we will engage in group dialogue and refreshments.
