On Tuesday I talked to Brendan Brazier, vegan professional Ironman triathlete and author of Thrive: The Vegan Nutrition Guide to Optimal Performance in Sports and Life. If you’ve read my blog at all during the past month or two, then you know how much I love this book and the recipes that Brendan and Orlando Weekly with their supplements, have been kind enough to let me share with you.

We talked for about 25 minutes, and Brendan gave me so much good information that I decided not to edit out any of it! To make it easy for you to skip around to what you’re most interested in, I’ve boldfaced the key words in each question.
