Additional opportunities are available for summer, January term, and short-term positions throughout the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019re interested in becoming a Media Center Assistant, complete the application form below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What You&#8217;ll Do<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As a Media Center Assistant, you\u2019ll play a key role in keeping our creative spaces and technology running smoothly. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Responsibilities include but are not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Helping students, faculty, and staff with multimedia and technology questions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assisting patrons using audio and video hardware and software<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Managing, circulating, and maintaining media equipment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supporting Academic Technology staff on campus multimedia projects<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creating tutorials and training resources for multimedia applications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Helping maintain smart classroom equipment across campus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tackling additional tech and creative projects as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who We&#8217;re Looking For<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>No need to be an expert in everything &#8211; we&#8217;ll train you! We&#8217;re seeking students who are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Curious about technology and creative tools<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong problem solvers with a helpful attitude<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comfortable learning new software and equipment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Available to work days, evenings, weekends, or a mix of all three<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>MCAs must be dependable and possess solid technical, communication, and customer service skills. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Working in the Media Center gives you hands-on experience with professional equipment, access to cutting-edge creative tools, and a chance to be part of a fun, supportive team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sound like you?
