Enjoy the snow and great temperature and go Cross-Country skiing!

The skis and boots are available with Outing Club.

There are two options of where to ski:

Crystal Lake ~2hr drive, will leave ~9am, the lake is groomed with paths to ski, which make it easier to learn how to X-country ski, and there is back up gear to rent incase equipment, such as shoes, run out; the price is $10 (subsidized)

State Park ~40min drive, will leave ~11am, the conditions of the park are unknown (not sure if there are groves or not), there is no back up gear to rent, the price is FREE

Let’s get off campus to a cool rock climbing gym that only costs $4!!

It is best to pick up shoes and harness at the Kline Rock Wall before leaving. It is also suggested to become belay certified at the Kline Rock Wall (for free) beforehand.

Meet at the Outhouse at 4:30pm, this Friday, 2/5. We will be back in time for dinner.

This Thursday, 2/4, in Allison at 7pm there will be a movie showing. The Art of Flight.
