Both majors integrate political, economic and ethical perspectives in the study of policy while also allowing students the opportunity explore their own individual areas of interest. Advising forms for both majors can be downloaded from the <em>Documents<\/em> links to the right.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Law &amp; Policy (LAWP)<\/strong>: The LAWP major allows students to study law, legal institutions and legal processes in a broad social and political context. Majors study the structural, theoretical and practical aspects of the legal system.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Policy Management (PMGT)<\/strong>:\u00a0 The PMGT major involves the application of complex problem-solving skills.\u00a0Majors evaluate the formulation and implementation of policy in public, private, and non-profit sectors in both domestic and international contexts.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Policy Studies:\u00a0 Policy Studies is the program home for two different but related majors: Policy Management and Law &amp; Policy.
