On Wednesday, March 2, Steven Pifer gave a lecture to an auditorium packed with students in ATS on the Ukraine-Russia Crisis and U.S. Policy.
Steven Pifer is director of the Brookings Arms Control and Non-Proliferation Initiative and a senior fellow in the Center for 21st Century Security and Intelligence and the Center on the United States and Europe at Brookings. A former ambassador to Ukraine, Pifer focuses on arms control, Ukraine, and Russia issues.
