Musician, songwriter, artist, comedian, and “wandering scholar” Pavel Lion, known by his stage name Psoy Korolenko, returned to Dickinson in October 2017 as a visiting artist in residence. During his weeklong residency, he met with students in small groups, visited Russian Department classes, and performed a multi-lingual cabaret-style concert for the entire campus in Allison Hall. Korolenko was last on campus in the fall of 2010.
