She was raised in a large family; she has six brothers and one sister. Masha\u2019s family moved a lot until they found a bright, spacious apartment in a newly built house in the Moscow suburbs.<br \/>\nComfort and order reign here; in addition to regular schooling the children receive education in art and music. Masha herself graduated from an art school. Although she works and studies a lot (her interests are foreign languages, teaching, and translation), sometimes she draws for herself or for her friends.<br \/>\nMasha studied abroad all last year (first in Germany then in the United States), and for a while her room was empty.
