Professor Stein’s Cultures of Soccer in Latin America (PORT/SPAN 380 / LALC 300) attended the Penn FC professional men’s soccer match vs. North Carolina FC at FNB Field at City Island, Harrisburg on September 16. Stein and students marched across the Market Street Bridge with the Capital City Crew supporter group prior to the game, spoke with Penn FC players Jorge Rivera and Mauro Eustáquio at halftime, and shared conversation over tacos at Tres Hermanos in Harrisburg after the game.
