En general, la cocina natural es comida fresca, y m\u00e1s importante: no tienen conservantes. Cosas como comida enlatada, alimentos procesados, no est\u00e1n vendido en mercados naturales. La cocina natural es muy importante, porque todav\u00eda, nosotros estamos rodeadas de comida mala y no fresco. Este sentimiento que nosotros estamos vivir una <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">mentira <\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">es muy importante a reconocer. Comidas procesadas que leen \u201c<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">trigo integral, sin grasa,<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> m\u00e1s bajo en sodio\u201d son todas formas en que las corporaciones hace para nosotros comemos m\u00e1s de sus productos. En comparaci\u00f3n de los mercados naturales, las mentiras no son un problema. No hay un problema porque los clientes pueden tocar y oler todos de los productos, tambi\u00e9n pueden ver con sus propios ojos en persona. En el video que nos vimos en clase sobre el cocinero compras en mercados naturales, recuerdo que vio <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">ranas <\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">que est\u00e1 vivas. Una otra cosa qu\u00e9 lo cocinero hizo en el mercado natural son: oli\u00f3 el pescado, toc\u00f3 el pescado. Hizo esto porque \u00e9l quiere comprobar si la comida es de bueno calidad o mal. Es un plata muy refrescante durante el verano. <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">En conclusi\u00f3n, los mercados naturales son \u00fanicos en el sentimiento que nosotros vivimos en un mundo llena de mentiras. Necesitamos luchar la ola de productos procesados, y empezar a usar m\u00e1s ingredientes naturales.
