The crowd took his hat from him. Soldiers and crowds of armed civilians are roaming the city. The Semyonovsky and Finland Guard Regiments of the Imperial Guard are loyal to the government for now. Some kind of provisional government has been formed. Disgraceful peace threatens the country. Many officers were killed, and we knew nothing about it here. Why are the loyal troops not being summoned from the front?
