Todd Wronski\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0An actor, director and playwright, Todd’ s professional credits include work with the Guthrie Theater, the Dallas Theater Center, Pennsylvania Centre Stage, Florida’s Annie Russell Theatre, New York’s Cider Mill Playhouse and performances at the Edinburgh International Festival Fringe. Productions of his plays have included <\/span><\/span>Hotel <\/span>Intolerato<\/span><\/span> (Dickinson College), <\/span><\/span>The Hand<\/span><\/span> (Trinity University), and<\/span> <\/span>In My Case <\/span>An<\/span> Exception Should Be Made<\/span>,<\/span><\/span> produced initially at the Randolph Studio, Edinburgh, Scotland, and subsequently at the Fresno (CA) Museum of Fine Arts. It was also recorded for broadcast on California Public Radio. As a director and producer, Todd’s productions have been presented at many college, university and professional theatres domestically and also at the Randolph Studio (Edinburgh, Scotland), the Berliner <\/span>Arbeiter<\/span> Theatre (Berlin, Germany), the UEA Studio Theatre (Norwich, England), and the Teatro <\/span>Bicchieraia<\/span> (Arezzo, Italy.) Todd’s <\/span>performance<\/span> activities have <\/span>both domestically and abroad have <\/span>included playing Mark Twain opposite Brit<\/span>ish actor Tom Watson in<\/span> <\/span>Dickens an<\/span>d Twain: A Special Relationship<\/span><\/span> in England, Scotland and the US, and reviving his one man play based on the life and writings of William Saroyan (to mark the centenary of Saroyan’s birth) which was performed in San Francisco, Fresno, New York City and Yerevan, Armenia.<\/span>\u00a0 He also developed and performed <\/span><\/span>Mark Twain Abroad<\/span>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span> He is currently working in cooperation with the Kurt Vonnegut literary estate to develop a one person performance piece to mark the upcoming centenary of this distinctive American author\u2019s birth.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Anthony Frost<\/strong><\/p>\n

Anthony Frost was until recently Director of Drama at the University of East Anglia and remains Course Director of its Drama and Creative Writing degree programme. The drama courses at UEA are national leaders and the UEA Drama Studio has an excellent track record in staging major theatre productions, hosting outreach dramas for schools, simulation training for medical students and annual Science Olympiads for young people.
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 After training at RADA and Birmingham University, he was one of the co-founders of these successful programs and now teaches dramatic theory, literature and criticism, as well as theatre design, and was responsible for developing the teaching of scriptwriting at undergraduate level. He has taught briefly at Birmingham University, the Free University of Berlin and Dickinson College, Pennsylvania. He is an experienced External Examiner, having worked at the universities of Cork, Northumbria, Northampton, St Mary\u2019s among others.

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 As a director, he has created a number of devised or co-scripted works as well as staging classic plays by Shakespeare, Moli\u00e8re, Tirso de Molina, Brecht, Wedekind, Lorca and Horv\u00e1th among others. He directed Todd Wronski\u2019s ‘Dickens and Twain: A Special Relationship'(2006) as well as the one-man show ‘Mark Twain Abroad’ (2014) both at the Edinburgh Fringe and the Mathers Theater at Dickinson.

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 He has translated Wedekind\u2019s ‘Fr\u00fchlings Erwachen’ (Spring Awakening) and Horv\u00e1th\u2019s ‘Kasimir und Karolina’ (Casimir and Caroline) for student productions.

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 His academic publications include ‘Improvisation in Drama, Theatre and Performance’ (with Ralph Yarrow, Palgrave Macmillan, revised, enlarged 3rd ed. 2015), and ‘Theatre Theories’ (ed. and contrib., Norwich, Pen & Inc., 2000).
