Using the site people are able to track their happiness by identifying factors that, for them, are associated with greater happiness.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How it works:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.Answer a few questions\u2028.<\/p>\n<p>First they\u2019ll ask you some questions for statistical purposes. This will take about 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>2.Track your happiness<\/p>\n<p>Using your iPhone, you\u2019ll be notified by email or text message and asked to report how you are feeling and what you are doing. You decide when and how often you want to be notified.<\/p>\n<p>3.
