Hello everyone! My name is Laman, I am a sophomore. I am a Psychology and Italian Studies double major. I really like cooking and especially baking. Baking is something I love to do when I am not in the best mood, I find it to be very therapeutic. It is exciting to take a class, which involves hands-on baking because it is very useful to know the more scientific side of it. In the future, I will use this knowledge to perfect the recipes I make!
