Hello ! My name is Alisha Parra. I am a freshman and my major is currently undecided. Im originally from Philadelphia, PA. Im Dominican and food is really big in my culture. So I’ve grown up around a lot of food and many different flavors. Ive gone from making rice everyday, to helping my mom chop up vegetables to make sancocho on a warm day (which makes no sense because sancocho is really hot). These experinces make me so much more excited to learn more about cooking.
