Thank you for viewing my blog. I am a junior at Dickinson College in Pennsylvania studying Political Science. I have lived on two different continents and three different states so I have been exposed to a wide variety of foods and cultures. For my Chemistry in the Kitchen class, I have been able to build upon what I already knew about cooking and food as well as learn new material about the science that goes into cooking.
