Lumpia Blossom Recipe

Ingredients
    Filling
  • lb Ground Pork
  • tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup carrots
  • tbsp Ginger
  • tbsp Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • pinch Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions
  • Egg (Beaten)
  • Wrapping & Cooking
  • Egg (Wash)
  • 25 Spring Roll Wrappers
  • 2-3 cup Cooking Oil
Instructions
  1. Add oil to a pot and heat. Once the oil starts to heat, add the Ground Pork and separate the pork to a small bit into pea size pieces.
  2. Once the meat starts to turn into a light opaque color, add the carrots, ginger, garlic, salt & pepper. Cook for 2 minutes then remove from the heat.
  3. Transfer the meat mixture into a dish then add the green onions and beaten egg. Let it cool for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Scoop 1-2 Tbsp of meat mixture into the wrapper and use egg wash to seal the wrapper if necessary.
  5. Fry in cooking oil until light brown
