This is the website for the Spring 2023 course “German Environments” at Dickinson College. Students wrote blog posts on German art that relates to environmental topics and on ways in which the US could learn from German sustainability initiatives. Students also compiled a GIS map of sustainable places in Germany. One student conducted an Independent Study related to the course in which she researched Alexander von Humboldts views of nature and environments. She produced this documentary.
