In this session, you’ll learn about how dialogue can benefit your classroom and some of the different dialogic tools that you can integrate into your curriculum.
Some of the tools and dialogic strategies we’ll discuss are understanding vs. agreement, how to respond to disruptions in a dialogue, and what you can do to foster an environment that allows your students to feel confident in sharing honestly in a dialogue.
Attendees will also get to practice some dialogic skills in an exercise facilitated by Noreen Lape and Lily Gage.
Before, during, and after the session, Noreen and Lily will be happy to answer any questions you may have about facilitating dialogues in the classroom.
